Can I bring my child/children with me?
While we love kiddos, we ask that you not have them tag along unless they are booked for a service at the same time.
Is it better to have clean or dirty hair on the day of my appointment?
Contrary to what you might have heard, clean hair is best, especially if receiving a color service.
What if I am running late or need to reschedule my appointment?
Please refer to our cancellation policy to stay up to date with our most recent policies.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online, call or text. If you are not sure what services to book, feel free to call the salon so one of our team members can assist you.

If you are ill or have an emergency, please inform the salon as soon as you can. Call 501-257-7664.
Your time is valuable and so is our team’s. Your appointment time is reserved specially for you. We understand that life happens but we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. We need to ensure that our stylists have ample time to fill openings as they come available.
We require a card on file to book a reservation. Failure to provide more than 48 hours cancellation notice will incur the following fees:
More than 48 hours notice = no fee
Less than 48 hours notice = 50% of service
Day of cancellation = 75% of service
No call/No show = 100% of service
We allow a 15 minute grace period on the day of your appointment. After this time, you may either need to be rescheduled or cancelled and the previously stated charges will incur. If we are unable to process fees, they will be due prior to receiving future services. If cancellations persist, a deposit may need to be placed and all outstanding fees will need to be paid before next appointment is booked. In some situations, we may have to ask that you find another salon that will best fit your schedule.
