Kara Archer
Salon Owner

Kara is the owner of Salon Gloss, and has been working as a hair stylist for over 14 years. She’s originally from New Bedford, Massachusetts. After spending six and a half years in the U.S. Army, Little Rock became her new home!
Her specialties include blonding, dimensional lived-in color, and extensions. Her favorite part of the job is being able to coach and mentor her team members– watching people grow and seeing all the lightbulbs go off is priceless!
When asked what she likes best about working with clients, Kara says: “It’s having the opportunity to truly transform someone. We have the ability to change someone’s whole mood. When they look good, they feel good! For some, visiting the salon might be the ONLY thing they do for themselves, and I never take that for granted.”

Klarissa specializes in highlighting and extensions, and her favorite part of her job is the various conversations she gets to have with her clients each day.
When asked what person from history she would most want to have as a client, Klarissa said Kate Middleton, “because she’s one of the most iconic women in current history.”
When Klarissa isn’t styling hair, you can find her organizing or cleaning!
Hannah Lawhon

Stylist Hannah Lawhon was born and raised here in Little Rock. She specializes in blondes, vivids, and layered cuts.
Hannah loves getting to meet new people all of the time, and listening to their different stories, but her favorite part of the job is watching each client’s face light up at the end of their visit!
If she could have anyone throughout history as a client, she’d choose Lucille Ball because “she’d be a guest that would just brighten your day as soon as she walked in, and you could get a good laugh in the visit! Plus, love me a red-haired guest!”
