 Kara has been in the industry for over 18 years. She’s a U.S. Army veteran and made Little Rock her new home in 2007!

 Her favorite part of the job is being able to coach and mentor her team members– watching people grow and seeing all the lightbulbs go off is priceless!  Helping her employees become the best version of themselves really fills her cup!
